The all-new SLX series of rods provides anglers with a revamped and eye-catching aesthetic coupled with new Shimano rod technology to deliver tournament-level performance and versatility to cover any technique. The redesigned SLX lineup features Shimano's proprietary DIAFLASH technology — carbon tape diagonally wrapped in opposite directions on the outermost layer of the butt section to form an array of "X" shapes — to prevent twisting and enhance an angler's pulling power.
