The Blinky LIghted Attractor features a blinking light with a line hole in the center of the light. This allows the angler to slide the light on the line for various presentation offerings. Blinky is very effective in stained water and low light situations, where fish have trouble seeing. The Blinky allows a fish to see your presentation from a distance.
